Temporary Suspension of ISBN Services for New Title Applications

In connection with the ISBN services acceleration and optimization in 2025 by the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (Perpusnas RI), we would like to inform all authors processing ISBNs through Dua Tiga Publishing that:

• Perpusnas RI will temporarily close new title registrations starting Monday, 15 December 2025.
• The service will be available again on Friday, 2 January 2026.

During this closure period:

• Dua Tiga Publishing will continue to accept book submissions as usual.
• However, we will not be able to process ISBN applications for new titles until the Perpusnas RI service reopens.
• We can still assist with revisions and resubmissions for titles that previously had issues via the correction pathway.
